Associate Partner for the Sherpa Companies, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Danielle focuses her attention on acquiring criterion based underperforming and undervalued properties in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets; specifically specializing in the lifecycle of retail properties. Building diversified relationships across the country, Danielle provides the gold standard to investors with experience in office, retail, and industrial asset classes.
Breaking into the real estate development industry in 2019, Danielle began her career in Raleigh, North Carolina with a top firm leading operations in strategy, managerial, implementation, and fulfillment departments before joining the Sherpa Companies.
Licensed in both Florida and North Carolina, Danielle is also the co-host of the growing Podcast “The Investor Warrior”. Her entrepreneurial spirit and natural ambition have been significant contributions to her experience in client-facing roles, sales, operations, hospitality and consulting.
Danielle was born and raised in a small suburb outside Youngstown, Ohio. Completing undergraduate work at the University of Mount Union earning a master’s at Nova Southeastern University she started her career teaching elementary students in rural public school. Danielle impacted both the children and her community for over a decade additionally serving on the negotiation and licensing committees.
Awarding a yearly scholarship to Crestview School District, Danielle continues to recognize students who dream big dreams. Focusing on the many pathways to success with every student deserving to be seen moving beyond in their next chapter of life.
